Indoor and Outdoor Areas For Ceremony and Reception and Photography

The sheer indoor and outdoor areas can be tailored perfectly for your dream ceremony and reception and photography. The vast variety of space lends to both seated wedding receptions or cocktail style events. Silks Events & Functions has a flexible layout that can be used to create an event that is uniquely yours. The dedicated spaces have an array of function rooms, floor plans, interconnecting rooms, and areas to choose from. As a seated indoor area, their largest room hosts interconnects with 230 guests. For standing events, this is raised to 350 guests. The outdoor flexible space is unique and can host up to 15,000 guests for large scale events. The lush lawns with trackside backdrops, flowers, grandstand, and interesting outbuildings is a photographer’s dream.

Stylish Venue Space

A popular choice, the Imperial Room and Victory rooms offer stunning and uplifting ambience with views of the entire racecourse. With rolling lush lawns and the rose gardens, this versatile space is truly magnificent. While standing out on the balcony in the evening, you will be captivated by the intimate setting, created by the night lighting across the course. Ascot Lounge a smaller more intimate space offering hints of Art Deco style, this setting boasts its own dance floor and outdoor patio for your guests to enjoy. The Deck Overlooking the picturesque racecourse and historic grandstand The Deck is perfect for that less formal outdoor wedding, complete with part marquee, wine barrels, festoon and fairy lights and occasional furniture. Other areas are the Watsons and the Sailors Bar that overlook the racecourse and are ideal for cocktail events.
