Longview Farm Weddings offers an unforgettable experience with picture perfect country landscape. Their motto is to provide a relaxed atmosphere with flexibility for a wedding experience like no other. Having a goal that the couple’s big day is exactly in line with their dream wedding ideas, the owners of this property work together to achieve the perfect day, creating lifetime memories.

Your ceremony, reception, photos and accommodation can all take place in one location. Drinks and catering are BYO, you have the flexibility to design your own Wedding Day with your choice of preferred suppliers. With this country style venue, you are able to customise and introduce everything that your dream wedding desires, like glamping and spectacular fireworks and more.

This venue is set in an idyllic private 40-acre riverfront location on the banks of the Nowendoc river. Longview Farm Weddings is the perfect location to celebrate your wedding. The property has a world-famous rotating house reserved as the bridal house with expansive views and can accommodate up to sixteen people. We have Glamping tents for those who love to sleep under the stars (max of 2 adults & 2 children per tent) and an unlimited BYO Camping passes for the remainder of guests in our camping area.  For guests who would prefer other accommodation to camping, a shuttle bus service can be arranged to travel back and forth to transport guests to other locations nearby.

Most ceremonies are held centered between the beautiful riverbank trees that form a magical archway with a backdrop of the pristine Nowendoc river. There are also many other beautiful locations to select from on the property for ceremonies. This venue has available many hand selected key pieces that tie in with the country wedding theme, including bench seating, or white folding Americana chairs, hay bales, wine barrels, row boat (to hold ice and drinks), signing table, jars/vases for floral arrangements as well as arches. All of our furnishings and decorations are included for you to choose free of charge or you can BYO. Longview Farm Weddings arrange the full set up and pack down.

The reception is held in the county traditional venue, “The Party Shed”. This classic Australian country style wedding reception comfortably seats 130 guests and is complete with full wrap around verandah and river views. There is a world class audio and lighting system to impress your guests, a large country style dance floor, stage, guest bathrooms, disabled access/bathroom, and kitchen area for BYO caterers and BYO bar.

We are so glad we chose Longview Farm for our wedding venue. If we could give more stars we would! Every aspect of the service we received from Luke and Leanne was fantastic from our initial booking to our wedding day. Longview Farm was stunning and being able to stay for a whole weekend made our wedding feel like a holiday where we were able to relax with our closest family and friends.

Leanne was fantastic to deal with in the lead up to our wedding. She was happy to communicate via phone or email and answered all of the questions we asked. She even made time for us on the busiest weekend of their year – The Longview Farm Party.

Longview Farm is situated in a beautiful secluded location on the Nowendoc River. Over the course of the weekend we enjoyed swimming and kayaking in the river and relaxing under a starry sky at night. This also made for some stunning night sky wedding photos. Because we had the whole weekend we were able to take our time setting up the Party Shed for our reception, making use of a number of the items available for use at the farm. There is also an option to hire a wedding planner for those who wish to use one.

A number of our guests enjoyed glamping in lovely tents fitted out with beds lifted off the ground, lights and electricity, outdoor tables and chairs and full length mirrors, just to name a few things. Other guests bought their own caravans and campers to stay for the weekend. There was plenty of space and amenities for everyone, including showers and toilets, washing up sinks, BBQ, and mobile coolroom for food and drink storage.

Meanwhile, we stayed in the Rotating House for the weekend which had room for us and some of our closest family members. The house was sparkling clean and Luke demonstrated how to rotate the house to ensure we were as comfortable as possible in the middle of summer.

There were a number of different locations for us to hold our ceremony at Longview Farm. We decided to have ours down by the river where the trees provided some shade for our guests and a lovely backdrop for family photos. The chairs and arbour for our ceremony were provided by and setup by Longview Farm on the day of our wedding which was a fantastic help.

The Party Shed was a perfect place to hold our reception on a warm summer evening. Lawn games were available to entertain our guests while we had some photos taken. Luke’s background in the music industry was evident by the fantastic sound quality for our speeches and music. The flexibility in catering choices was great and allowed us to use a couple of different caterers for canapes and the main meal. We were also able to BYO alcohol which meant we could have lots of variety for different tastes.

Having a day or two following our wedding to wind down meant we could pack up slowly while still enjoying the venue itself.
