Buckland Estate

Buckland Estate is a Stately Victorian Georgian two storey manor that was established in 1836 and completed in 1872. The property is set on fifty five acres and conveniently less than 100 kms East of Perth making the homestead an easy accessible wedding location for guests.

The private property is a perfect wedding venue and is exclusively yours. Our venue is a photographers dream location with historic charm surrounded by rolling hills and farmland. The estate offers intricate rustic aspects. or natural tree with gentle sounds of birdlife.

Our location offers numerous locations to select from. We offer many site options including the grand dining room, the French courtyard, front verandah, rustic barn, stone granary, lawns or marquee sites. We arrange weddings from intimate ten guest group to a maximum, two hundred and fifty guest list. Buckland Estate is a grant heritage property that offers complete privacy, charm and options for a modern country wedding.

We offer from ceremony, to pre dinner drinks to cocktail reception, marquee structure, dinner under the stars, or a rustic barn, or farm paddock wedding. We are a BYO venue. Our estate is very flexible and we allow you to create your own wedding style, layout and you are free to use any part of the property you wish. Creating a grand romantic wedding to a cocktail style country weddings the choice is yours. We love all weddings and are culturally diverse.

At Buckland Estate we understand the importance of moments leading to the wedding. We offer our couples their own beautiful preparation rooms to relax before their big day.

Also we can assist you with accommodation and transport for all of your guests. With numerous accommodation options for your guests we will make your wedding or event a perfect day. The Homestead has five separate bedrooms, two with King beds, three with Queen beds, plus additional single beds can be arranged. These rooms are located in the main home and share a couple of bathrooms. Feel the atmosphere of a grand lifestyle of days gone by.

We also have a freestanding cottage that was built in 1840 and has been fully renovated and is self contained. Another area has a self contained cottage with two seperate bathrooms. At Buckland Estate we also allow for glamping and guests are able to bring their own tents to sleep under the stars.
